Sandro De Ponte es un viejo amigo de LFD, un artista Mexicano que actualmente radica en Barcelona y que desde muy joven ha venido alimentandose de esa "rebeldía pictórica" como el la llama, encontrando un estilo y lenguaje propios. Sandro ha expuesto sus pinturas no solo en México sino en países como Francia, Espana e Italia recientemente.

Sandro De Ponte is an old friend from LFD, a Mexican artist established in Barcelona who at a very young age starts to feed himself with what he calls "pictorial rebelliousness", finding his own style and language. Sandro's work has been exhibited in Mexico, France, Spain and recently in Italy.

OLD MAN BEBO

Next Saturday you will have the chance to watch Old Man Bebo, a documentary film on one of the greatest legends in Cuban music Bebo Valdes. Directed by Carlos Carcas and produced by Fernando Trueba and Angelica Huete, the film narrates the life of this living legend since his beginning in Cuba until the international success he has achieved.

The screening of the awarded film at the Tribeca Film festival is next Saturday Sept. 13th, 8pm @ The Artime Theater in Miami. For tickets and more info visit WDNA's website.

El proximo Sabado tendran la oportunidad de ver Old Man Bebo, el docu sobre uno de las leyendas mas grandes de la musica Cubana Bebo Valdes. Dirigido por Carlos Carcas y producido por fernando trueba y Angelica Huete, el film cuenta la vida de esta leyenda viviente desde sus inicios en Cuba hasta el reconocimiento internacional que ha alcanzado.
